I hold a PhD in geography and urban planning from the Ecole normale superieure, following research funded by the EU Horizon 2020 programme under a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship.
Before this, I worked for more than seven years in London as an urban planner, policy researcher, and consultant across the public, charity, and private sectors.
My work has focused on governance, territorial and urban inequalities, housing, the built environment, and health and well-being, alongside public writing, speaking, and media contributions.
I have been an Associate Researcher at Centre Jean Pepin UMR 8230 CNRS - ENS-PSL since March 2025. My work focuses on planning, territorial trajectories, governance, and urban inequality, in constant dialogue between research, public policy, and practice.
